What to talk about...

Okay so lets get this thing going? Question: What is the difference between Communications and Telecommunications? Not a trick question or a joke. Story behind the question; when I was doing my profile for this blogspot, I could not figure out which group I feel under, there were more then one possibilities, they are communications, telecommunications, law enforcement, and security. What do you think? My actual job is a dispatcher for a University Police department?
