Why do they yell at me and give me curfew and treat me as though I'm still a little child and I'm not. Well One thing is for sure YES they do love you, I know mine does. She has proven it to me time and time again without me knowing or asking for it, she just knows when I need her most. First time I ever knew they really loved me was when they sold their 57Chevy Bel Air, to get me a car that would not brake down on me and so that I would not have to depend on my roommate to get around Austin. Then a few months later I get bite by a spider on my left leg and was in and out of the hospital well She drove down to take care of me and to drive me around since I couldn't really drive. Then with Yesterdays events I was so scared and she was worried about me and yet she took time from what she was doing and did again and drove down to Austin to be with me, and let me state that the drive is a 7 to 8 hour drive. Well I might sound like a baby and guess what I am, I'm her baby. I might be 21 and have lots of responsibilities to worry about but when it comes down to it, living in a big city alone, you need that someone who is willing to comfort you time and time again. I come from a small town of 2,200 people and when I moved to Austin 3 years ago I never knew how harsh people could be and yet how sheltered I was, and in the long run in a way I miss it, being with my family. They are the ones that help us get through our though times when we need them most.
